1998 : Creation of Bib Gourmand: " good meals in moderate price ". The stars of Good Table are not reserved for the male leaders. If in past, Madam Brazier was able to hold two establishments in region of Lyons, the " Red Guide France 2000" counted 16 French cookers " studed ".
